Terms & Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are laid out to protect both customers, and our company – payment of the deposit is also the acceptance of the terms and conditions laid out below;

  • All bookings are subject to a 20% deposit within 48 hours of receiving the Invoice and that secures your date
  • The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer
  • The outstanding balance should be sent to us not less than 7 days prior to the event
  • We will endeavor to make every effort to carry out our obligations under the contract, but we will not be liable or accept liability for any failure to provide the service contracted for, which are due to circumstances beyond our control
  • You or your guest must not touch the grill or access the catering area prior to start of service agreed with client
  • Should the event be held at night, we will require an electrical point for our lighting
  • We will require a parking space at the function with access to the appropriate cooking area. Any fees incurred on the day will be the responsibility of the client
  • Our equipment’s are very versatile; however, should we encounter any difficulty in accessing the cooking area, we may require assistance. Entrances should be accessible and allow us to load/unload

How we operate: This is an all-inclusive service where we provide a minimum of 2 staff members, disposable wooden cutlery, street food boxes and serviettes. 

We aim to arrive 2-3 hours before your chosen serving time in order to set up our gazebo measured at *3 by 3* in your outdoor space, 2/3 long tables, and if live grilling, our charcoal drum grills. Please ensure there is sufficient space for us before we arrive to avoid any delays to your serving time. 

We have a 2-hour serving time once your food is ready after which we proceed to pack up and transfer any unconsumed food to disposable foil trays for your guests to continue serving themselves. 

Additional time is charged upfront at £50 per hour for a maximum of 2 hours which will need to be arranged prior in case we have other engagements.

Parking: Our van needs to be as close to the offload point as possible so please have a suitable space ready for the van to park during our entire stay at your event. 

Quote: Your quote is based on numerous varying factors including availability and therefore is time sensitive. We advise that you make your booking as soon as possible to get the price you have been quoted. 

Securing your date: Due to demand, we are unable to provisionally hold dates. The payment details are within your invoice. Please ensure this is made promptly to confirm your booking and also advise once done so we can confirm receipt and block your date out of the calendar. 

Travel fees: If your event postcode is outside our standard coverage, additional charges will be detailed on your invoice.

Changes to your menu: Please let us know at least 10 days before your event if you would like to add more food to your menu. This ensures we can accommodate these changes as well as ensure we have the appropriate number of staff for the day.

Allergy Information: Our food contains nuts and traces of nuts. Please advise all guests with allergies. 

Water:  Access to water either from your kitchen or outdoor space.

Electricity:  Access to electricity either from your kitchen or outdoor space.

Bin Disposal: We bring our own bin bags and ask that there is a waste bin for us to place the bin bags into at the end of the service. Typically, we make use of 1-2 bags.

Important Note: Once you make any payment, you are officially accepting and agreeing to the terms in this email.
